**To provide support to the HR Manager by carrying out administrative tasks**
- To assist with the organisation of staff training, and record keeping.
- To create new starter induction packs.
- To ensure all staff files and electronic records are maintained up to date.

You will have:

- previous administrative experience with the ability to work hours flexibly
- excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook
- good keyboard skills with accuracy and speed
- excellent attention to detail
- previous experience with recruitment & training administration systems is desirable but not essential.
- good organisational skills with a methodical approach to work
- clear understanding of confidentiality

This is initially a temporary role but may go to permanent depending on the hours required for the role. At this point it is unclear how many hours of administrative support is needed.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Temporary contract
Contract length: 6 months
Part-time hours: 16 per week

**Salary**: £10,000.00-£11,000.00 per year
