**Hours**:4 Day Week - 39 hours, Monday to Thursday (7am to 5.15pm)
**Salary**:From £38,000 per annum + benefits

Based on the Europarc in Grimsby, Auto-Trail is around 30 minutes from Hull, Scunthorpe, Louth and Market Rasen.

**The role**
It is an exciting time to be joining Auto-Trail, as our business continues to grow with increased demand for leisure vehicles. Due to this growth, we are recruiting for a **Team Leader** to join our multi
- skilled team. This role is an integral part of our management structure, that ensures the vehicles we produce are completed to a high standard.
**Main duties**
Your responsibilities may include:
- Day to day people management of your team
- Monitor workflow and line balancing activities including awareness of activity status of other production areas that could impact on the performance of your area of responsibility
- Quality process adherence daily to ensure right first time
- Operator audits on Standard Operating Procedure together with effective management of critical tasks
- Leading by example with a safety-first culture with regular departmental safety auditing
- Provide support and guidance to your team seeking solution, identifying, and effectively resolving issues through the production process
- Identify any training and development needs within the team based on multi-skilling and flexibilities required to cover critical tasks
- Be a forward-thinking team player looking to motivate & support others
**About you**
- Modular build or joinery experience would be ideal but not essential
- Effective communication skills, able to converse with individuals at all levels
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Solid leadership and influencing skills
- Determined and resilient with the drive to complete tasks
- Be flexible in your approach and can demonstrate initiative and problem solving
- Microsoft Office proficiency and computer literacy
- Flexibility and willingness to support other teams within the business
- Prepared to provide management supervision outside of normal working hours when required
