If you have a proven track record in providing five-star service, impeccable attention to detail and the ability to anticipate, coordinate, and accommodate the unique needs and preferences of UHNW clients (high net worth individual), we would like to hear from you.

**The Role**

You will play a vital role in ensuring that every moment the clients and their guests spend in the apartments is filled with indulgence and comfort. Your responsibilities will include:

- Maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of guest rooms and common areas, with an uncompromising focus on detail and luxury.
- Executing customised cleaning and maintenance schedules to preserve the pristine condition of the apartments.
- Foreseeing, coordinating and fulfilling the distinctive requests of UHNW clients and their guests, offering discreet and personalised service.
- Managing special projects and requests as necessary, such as event preparation and collaboration with other staff members.
- Ensuring the maintenance of top-quality fabrics, materials, and products in excellent condition.
- Adhering to stringent security and privacy measures to safeguard the confidentiality of the clients and their guests.
- Collaborating closely with the housekeeping team to ensure the seamless operation of the apartments.
- Maintaining an unwavering commitment to privacy and discretion at all times.

**Requirements**:
To thrive in this role, you should possess:

- Proven experience as a Housekeeper in high-end, five-star private residences or luxury hotels in London - **with a minimum of 3 years’ experience**
- Exceptional attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Outstanding communication skills and professionalism to interact with UHNW clients and their guests.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to dynamic and evolving situations.
- Discretion and respect for clients and guests’ privacy.
- Flexibility to work on weekends, holidays and adapt to changing schedules is a must
- Right to work in the UK and DBS check
