Adecco Warrington are recruiting on behalf of our incredible Manufacturing client situated in **Birchwood, Warrington** and we are looking for an experienced **Senior Administrator** who can support in the office with customer queries, liaising with suppliers and support with the management of the Production Team.

This is an incredible opportunity to work for a market leading manufacturing company, with a close-knit team and a friendly atmosphere.

You will be based in your own office on the Production floor offering your support on the floor and support with the administration across the business.

**Working hours are flexible** - between 8:00am - 5:00pm with an early finish on Fridays.

This is a **permanent full-time** opportunity for a motivated individual who wants to be a part of a successful team.

You will report directly to the Operations Manager and offer support to this person and often manage and support their team.

Your job is to project manage the complete installation process. From supporting the management of the team building vehicles to the specification, timescales and quality standards required by our customers. As a Senior Administrator you will manage allaspects of the Installation Department.

**Role and responsibilities**:

- Manage the installation of a wide range of equipment in vehicles that will provide a complete storage solution for the customer.
- Discuss build specifications with customers and sales team members.
- Provide the customer with build progress reports as when they are required.
- Capture specifications and images and establish good records.
- Provide all parts and installation costs for customer quotations.
- Acquire all non branded parts at best value for money.
- Arrange delivery/collections for inbound and outbound movements.
- Ensure that the utilisation and efficiency levels of the installation team are kept to a maximum.
- Manage the installation of electrical and non
- electrical accessories to a high standard without compromise to the manufacturer warranty.
- Manage the installation of all aftermarket parts to a high standard and to ensure correct and safe interface with the vehicle equipment.
- Issue instructions and also facilitate technical discussions regarding specifications and installation processes.
- Initiate all relevant company documentation to ensure a well documented and seamless process.
- Act on any concerns regarding specification, vehicle condition and quality standards.
- Carry out team briefings and meetings and encourage all staff to take an active part.
- Complete and submit all management information and reports as necessary.
- Manage and adjust the working time of the installation team as and when the business requires it.
- Take an active role in training initiatives to increase the team skills to meet the business needs.
- Manage the workplace efficiently, safely and to high quality standards in order to maintain brand image and position in the market place.
- Adhere to all company policies at all times.
- Be a good ambassador for the company at all times and in all situations.
- Carry out any other work required that is reasonably requested.
