We are currently looking for a Retail Supervisor to join our team, this position offers a unique opportunity to work across all 5 of our shops, resulting in a varied and interesting role.

**Working Hours**

As a Retail Supervisor (Floating) you will be working 45 hours per week over 5 days between Monday and Saturday. Our shops are closed on a Sunday, so there is no Sunday working required. Working hours differ slightly from shop to shop, but all range between 7am and 6pm.

The hourly pay is currently £11.75 and you will be reimbursed for work travel. **What we will look for in return**

The role involves travel between the shops which are all based in West Sussex and Hampshire (Bognor Regis, Chichester, Rustington, Broadwater (Worthing) and Petersfield), therefore you will be required to have your own mode of transport in order to be able to get to the Shops independently.

We are looking for someone who is committed, reliable, and enthusiastic with a good attitude. A team player who wants to be part of a common goal and contribute to a happy and healthy working environment whilst helping to ensure that we are providing the best customer experience possible.

The role includes the following tasks:

- Providing exemplary customer service, ensuring the best possible shopping experience for every customer.
- Keeping our display cabinets well stocked and appealing to look at.
- Ensure cleaning schedules are adhered to and that the highest levels of hygiene are maintained
- Ensure that stock rotation is completed as specified by Company procedures
- Ensure accurate records are kept in relation to stocks and wastage
- Assist the Store Manager with stock control and ordering when required
- Compliance with all food safety and health and safety regulations.
- Assist with cashing/banking summaries and reports and perform the relevant checks
- Responsibility for the designated store in the Manager’s absence.
