We are looking for a home carer to work with our lovely client in Horley. They are a small family run company who genuinely care about their patients and employees

It's a zero hour contract role and the average hours you can expect to work are 30 hours a week - although being able to go higher than this is essential.
- You also need a UK driving license and access to your own car._

You will start on a 6 month probation period where the pay per hour is as follows:
**£11.44** for weekdays / **£12.50** for weekends / **£14.00** for bank holidays

After the 6 month probation, pay will increase to:
**£13.25** for weekdays / **£14.75 **for weekends / **£18.25** for bank holidays

Your responsibilities will include:

- Providing personalized personal and household care management based on individual care plans.
- Assisting with morning routines, dressing, bathing, toileting, mobility, and bedtime with a focus on dignity and independence.
- Supporting individuals with various illnesses and disabilities, offering palliative care as needed.
- Promoting mental and physical activity through engaging conversations and recreational outings.
- Performing light housekeeping tasks, laundering, and meal preparation.
- Maintaining accurate records of care provided and adhering to policies, procedures, and guidelines.
