We are specifically searching for an experienced barista who can elevate our coffee offerings and complement our team.

**Responsibilities**
- Willingness to contribute positive experience gained working within the industry.
- Engage with customers to share your knowledge, recommend personalised coffee experiences and food choices.
- Proficiently preparing a wide range of coffee beverages, meeting the highest standards of taste.
- Assembling cold and hot food with creativity and attention to detail.
- Keep the coffee bar organised and well-stocked, ensuring a smooth workflow during busy periods.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the coffee and food preparation area and equipment to ensure the highest hygiene standards.
- Create a friendly and welcoming atmosphere for our customers, making them feel at home in our coffee shop.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operations and a positive work environment.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a barista, with a passion for crafting the finest coffee beverages. ( 2 years preferred)
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to implement your barista experience gained within the industry.
- Flexibility to work in a start-up atmosphere and adapt to evolving situations.
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends.

Full Time or Part-Time

**Salary**: £ 11.70 per hour
