To provide support across the business with general office administration tasks. A typical day will include a mixture of answering the telephone, preparing renewal and new business documents for others to complete, to deal with straightforward policy changes, to run a suite of reports within a schedule, to manage calls backs on business to follow up, to support the business with adhoc tasks.
**SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED**
- Experience of working with an office environment
- Good IT skills
- Excellent telephone and written communication skills, and general customer service skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, and prioritise work in order to meet required deadlines.
- Organised and methodical approach to work
- Thorough understanding of the Company’s IT platform (after suitable training has been given).
**ACCOUNTABILITIES / RESPONSIBILITIES**
- To prioritise work tasks in order to produce timely outcomes.
- To process work and resolve enquiries in a polite and efficient manner.
- To perform and complete business transactions in accordance with the Company’s standards.
- To maintain accurate and secure records in relation to work carried out.
- To undergo training in all aspects of systems, products, and procedures.
- To comply at all times with the requirements of the FCA rules.
- To undertake all other duties as reasonably required by the Directors.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: From £18,500.00 per year
