**Hybrid working pattern**: This role is a permanent desk role at our Stevenage Office. In the future where possible, we will seek to accommodate a blended approach to on-site and remote working if required.

**The opportunity**:Security Services - Registry Officer**

An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Security Services sector of MBDA. You will be part of a dynamic and diverse team responsible for the effective provision of a document registry service at our site in Stevenage. Operating within the HMG rulesand procedural guidelines for control and movement of classified material. A strong focus upon ensuring compliance to defined standards and processes is maintained.

You'll work towards meeting deadlines such as bid deliveries and payment milestones with a flexible approach to get the job done in a timely manner. Maintaining accurate records of documentation using the database system and carrying out full musters onleavers to help them resolve document anomalies before leaving the company.

Based in a busy wider team you will use your own initiative to coordinate your own workload. Whilst helping maintain monthly spreadsheets and collaborating closely with the wider business to provide advice and support on classified material handling.

**What we are looking for**:

- Experience of working in a UK defence / government setting is ideal but not crucial, training will be provided
- Capable of meeting deadlines without compromising on quality and always following processes
- Being passionate about phenomenal customer service
- A great teammate, adaptable to the needs of the business and able to use your initiative and willing to step up and take ownership in the absence of senior team members
- Someone who thrives on a challenge and seeks to be an expert in whatever role you undertake
- Excellent administrative, organisational, communication and customer service skills
- Great attention to detail, able to work well under pressure and comfortable handling classified material
- Competence in MS Office and experience in using databases would be an advantage
