Job Title: Peripatetic Deputy Headteacher

Permanent Contract
Annual Salary: £35k - £45k

Leader Education are working with an independent SEND School, based in Lincolnshire who support students with Social, emotional, and mental health needs. (SLD, ASD, MLD, ADHD) The schools provide education for up to ages 13 - 16, Providing 1:1/2:1 and smallgroup support. You will be tasked to join and work across the schools in Lincolnshire.
The school are looking for a creative, dynamic, and inspiring Peripatetic Deputy Headteacher to continue the progression of the schools in Lincolnshire. As a Deputy Headteacher, Leadership, management and development of both school students and staff arethe top priority. This consists of many responsibilities, including:
- Provide vision and ideas for learning styles and direction for the school so they can meet the aims and values set.
- Deliver the appropriate programme of study for KS2, KS3 and KS4
- Work closely with the Headteacher and Regional Manager to establish and implement the best vision and ethos for the school
- Establish personalised learning routes, and identify the capabilities of every pupil to provide the best quality of education, care, and preparation for life of all students
- Proactively manage staff and resources
- Minimum 5 years teaching experience
You will be required to have expertise knowledge in SEND, a clear and good understanding of your role and responsibility regarding safeguarding and child protection.
