This temporary post will require an individual with a desire to grow, support and improve young Coaches through coaching training sessions, able to work well with large groups of Coaches and to work closely with the Education Manager.
You will have experience in managing, coordinating, implementing, and evaluating staff training sessions. You will also be highly organised balancing working within a school environment and the development of Coaches.
The successful applicant will be required to travel between schools and CV Life venues during the working day, and to work at events outside of core hours, evenings and weekends, therefore flexibility is essential.
The contract is temporary for an initial period of 12 months due to external funding.
Working for CV Life gives you the ability to work with likeminded passionate people who provide a wide range of sporting, recreational, educational, and social activities to under-represented and disadvantaged community groups and individuals within Coventry.

**Scope**
Coventry Sports Foundation and Culture Coventry Trust are operating as CV Life, so that the scope of this Job Description as a CV Life document extends to cover the employment of employment contracts held with either Coventry Sports Foundation or Culture Coventry Trust.
**Overall purpose and objective of the role**:
To plan, deliver and evaluate physical education within Coventry based schools. To formulate a well
- structured training program to grow, support and improve young coaches.
**Main Duties of the Role**
- To build an innovative and balanced Pe Curriculum plan and OSHL offer at Coventry primary schools.
- To manage and deliver training programmes to all CV Life coaches and advice coaches on pathway development.
- To manage the staffing rota for the CV Life education team.
- To invoice schools and associated duties and coordinate purchasing for the CV Life Education team.
- To always deliver coaching lessons in a manner consistent with sound coaching principles and adhering to each schools PE plan and lesson plans.
- To support the collection of data and evidencing spend and impact of sport premium.
- To manage all CV Life Education social media platforms.
- To maintain all administrative records relating to coaching sessions, contacts, and programme development as required by the education manager.
- To construct lesson plans for all coaches as required by the education manager.
