DHL, award winning leading supply chain business is seeking a OMS Lead to play a vital role coordinating our daily logistics requirements.

**WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?**
- Leading a team of control room colleagues across a 24-hour shift pattern - including absence management and development.
- Producing productivity data for Southwest & Wales region on a daily and weekly basis.
- Improving operational performance metrics through continuous improvement.

**WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?**
- Computer literate, including excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Productivity data reporting and ability to analyse trends.
- Previous experience in managing or leading a team.
- Strong interpersonal & communication skills.
- Workload management and organisational skills.
- Flexible to move across shift patterns.
