We are currently seeking a dedicated Cover Supervisor to join our team on a supply basis, working within one of our SEN schools based in Middlesborugh.

**Role and Responsibilities**:

- Support the education of Key Stage 3 (KS3) and Key Stage 4 (KS4) learners with a range of SEN, including but not limited to ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and other complex requirements.
- Effectively lead and manage the classroom, ensuring a positive learning environment.
- Implement pre-planned lessons and maintain continuity in the absence of the regular teacher.
- Demonstrate excellent classroom behaviour management skills.
- Adhere to the school's policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with Teaching Assistants (TAs) to provide additional support to students.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of students at all times.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a Cover Supervisor.
- Confidence in standing in front of a class and leading learning activities.
- Excellent classroom behaviour management skills.
- Understanding and experience working with SEN, particularly ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and complex needs.
- Current DBS on the Update Service.
