**About The Role**

Your role will be dedicated to working with our paediatric clients in the Leicester and surrounding areas, in their own homes. Each of our clients have their own complex care needs, including tracheostomy, ventilator, epilepsy and peg feeding.

Working to build a professional, working relationship and supporting them with their activities of daily living, in social and leisure activities at home or in the community.

**Hours of Work**

Day shifts and waking night shifts as required covering Monday to Sunday

**About You**

Required
- Experience of working in a complex care support role
- Friendly, approachable and confident
- Experience and ability to understand and deal with complex needs
- Flexible in approach to meet the needs of the client
- Non smoker
- Full driving licence and access to your own vehicle

Desirable
- Experience working with complex care needs
- Registered on the DBS update service
