Job Overview:
**Duties**:

- Perform laser hair removal treatments for our clients
- Develop personalised treatment plans based on clients' needs and goals
- Will assist and be responsible for cleaning in their respective rooms as well as the equipment maintenance and reporting of any issues
- Utilise effective communication techniques to build rapport and trust with clients
- Offer exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience for clients
- Keep accurate records of client progress and treatment outcomes
- Carry out essential clinical tasks and duties

Soft Skills:

- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and colleagues
- Strong customer service orientation with a compassionate approach to client care
- Proficiency in English language, mainly verbal

Therapist Skills:

- Professional knowledge and experience with Laser Hair Removal treatments
- Professional knowledge and experience with Electrolysis for Face and Body is preferable
- Professional product knowledge of Obagi Medical and ZO is preferable

Pay: £11.00-£12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
