Full time permanent Recruitment Coordinator job available near Truro - up to £25k for the right person.

Working for a care company within their head office located near Truro.
You must be able to drive to get to this location as there is no buses.
The role is full time Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm.
Salary is between £22,000 - £25,000 for the right person.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Previous experience working in recruitment, sales, HR or similar field, with proven results of attracting and hiring staff. Essential
- Understanding of the social care sector job market. Essential
- Understanding of confidentiality, GDPR and data protection laws for processing people's personal information. Essential
- Excellent computer and IT skills, including the use of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook) and websites. Essential
- Highly effective communicator (both written and oral) including an awareness of adapting your style for the audience. Essential
- Networking skills; building trust, using persuasion and engaging with people in a professional context. Essential
- Organisational skill and able to prioritise tasks appropriately. Essential
