Behaviour Mentor required to provide 1-2-1 support on an ongoing basis for a child who has been permanently excluded from mainstream education. We are looking for a confident Behaviour Mentor to provide both behavioural and academic support for a maleKey Stage 4 student.
Excellent de-escalation techniques and behaviour management skills are essential for this role, as the young person can be volatile and has struggled to engage with education. You will be responsible for ensuring that this child is given the support they needin order to get the most out of school. The established pastoral team are fantastic, and you will be fully supported in your role.
Job role:

- Providing 1-2-1 support for a Key Stage 4 student
- Acting as a positive role model and mentor for this student
- Providing classroom support, including academic and social support
- Delivering 1-2-1 interventions an helping students to understand that actions have consequences
