Logistics Operative

You will be expected to work utilising a tablet and the CAFM system to ensure working in anefficient way which supports the automated processes required of the Estates department. Ensure deliveries, stock monitoring, transactions, site movements and waste management, bothinternally and externally, are completed in a professional manner and to a high standard, incompliance with current regulation/legislation. Work to service level agreements to ensure response to tickets within an agreed timeframe andlevel of urgency. Complete works that have been produced from the Estates strategy, such as remedials from thecondition assessment.
To undertake other or additional duties that are within your skills and abilities, as the organisationmay reasonably require from time to time. Ensure works that form part of the organisations H&S compliance, such as water or piped oxygen, are completed on time to an appropriate standard to maintain a compliant estate. Undertake general estate duties extending to but not limited to: gritting, litter picking, emptyingbins, jet washing and supervising contractors. Use CAFM system as part of day-to-day duties
