- distribution/delivery service for packages received at the stores. Input transnational data into SAP of receipts, issues, corrections, etc. and perform enquiries into history data.

You will have experience working within a warehouse environment, ideally working within the industrial environment. You will be well organised and work well under pressure, having excellent communication skills offering the highest level of service.

**Major Responsibilities**:

- **Goods Receiving - **Unpack incoming goods and check against Vendor delivery documentation. The delivery is checked for numerical correctness against the Dow Corning order and also for quality by visual appearance. The Purchase Order is called up in SAP and the Goods Receipt entered. Any damaged deliveries or discrepancies in delivered quantities must be reported immediately to the Vendor. Received materials are stored in the correct location and stock rotation is performed. All deliveries must be receipted.
- **Documentation Management - **The accurate filing of vendor delivery documentation, goods receipt slips, return orders, etc.
- **Cycle Count - **To perform daily cycle counts. To use the SAP Material Master data to view material long text to assist in the completion of cycle counts.
- **Nil Stocks - **To perform "nil stock" monitoring of the storage bins, print a hardcopy of the stock overview for any nil stocks and submit them to the Inventory Coordinator
- **Bulk Issue - **Ensure that the Bulk Issue area is adequately stocked, h transferring materials from the stores into the Bulk Issue area. Perform the Goods Issue of bulk materials in SAP to ensure the replenishment of the Bulk Issue materials.
- **Goods Issue - **The Goods Issue of items on presentation of a Stores Issue Note for Stores Stock materials. The entry of the Goods Issue into SAP. To assist customers in the search and location of desired material.
- **Return Orders - **The packing of Return Orders and the completion of the Daily Tracking sheets and filing of documentation for Return Orders.
- **Deliveries - **Complete site deliveries each day including Control Room deliveries and Housekeeping huts. Deliver gas bottles and bottle banks as required. The delivery of pumps as required. The delivery of Strategic Spares to W916 as needed.

**Other Performance Standards**:

- **Marshalling - **The management of Reservations to support maintenance, including the picking of Reservations, staging of material and status updates to work orders
- **Housekeeping/5S - **Ensure that all work areas and Stores locations meet the required standards. Housekeeping activities are performed on a regular basis to prevent the build up of materials and Stores locations are free from slip and trip hazards
- **Stores Projects - **Support and participate in Stores improvement projects as required.
- **Goods in/Goods Out - **Competent to perform all job related tasks

**Safety, Environmental and Health Performance Standards**:

- Demonstrate a proactive attitude toward safety, health and environmental care. Adhere to all safety, health and environmental policies, standards, programs and comply with regulations. Promote safe working in the Stores.
- Complete all mandatory Diamond Learning training requirements.
- Attend all mandatory Safety Meetings.
- Support safety initiatives such as BBP. Report incidents, hazards, near misses as a HAZOP
