Senior Transport Planner

Bennett and Game are currently working with a leading Tanker Logistics provider based in the Goole area. Our client are looking to appoint a skilled and driven Senior Transport Planner / Transport Supervisor to expand their existing team.
The successful individual will be responsible for efficiently planning routes within the North-East and Humberside area. You will work and manage compliance requirements (both fleet & driver) working towards O'licence and legal standards and working closelywith the Transport Manager to oversee the operator's licence in general.
You will also be working with customers, suppliers, and drivers and you will be assisting in planning routes as well as being responsible for total customer service operations dealing with internal and external customers daily.

**Transport Planner Position Requirements**
- Transport Management CPC - Highly desirable (not essential)
- Knowledge and experience working to O'Licence requirements & compliance
- Knowledge on Tanker Distribution - Highly Desirable
- Previous experience in Transport Planning - Essential
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong IT & TMS system knowledge
- Excellent organisation and time management skills - essential
- Previous experience in dealing with drivers - highly desirable
**Transport Planner Position Remuneration**
- Salary £30k - £38k
- Monday - Friday (office hours)
- 22 days holiday & bank holidays
