Job Overview:
We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer with a good understanding of graphic design and data analysis across various social media to join our team. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs and graphics for various projects. You will collaborate with the various team members to develop creative concepts and bring them to life through your design skills. **Responsibilities**:

- Working closely with clients, understand their design needs and preferences to create visually appealing designs and graphics for digital and print materials.
- Present design concepts and lead client's strategy meeting in person and online.
- Collaborate with other team memeners to develop creative concepts and strategies
- Design and produce marketing collateral such as brochures, flyers, banners, and social media graphics for various social media platforms.
- Use design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Canva) to create high-quality designs
- Incorporate feedback from team and clients by conducting analysis from various sources to refine designs and ensure they meet brand guidelines
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role
- Understanding the principles of branding to align and reinforce a brand's identity
- Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Web, social media and other relevant data analysis is a plus
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to detect errors in designs
- Passion to learn and improve on skills is essential
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Experience in photography or video editing is a bonus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £31,400.00-£33,000.00 per year
