RBH has recently taken back the management of a number of garage plot sites and garden tenancies and now has a fantastic opportunity for a well organised, customer-focussed individual to manage a 3 month project focussed on getting records up-to-date and collecting outstanding charges for the tenancies.

The role will involve visiting various locations around Rochdale in order to gather accurate, up-to-date information on the sites and garden plots, therefore it would be advantageous for the postholder to have a full UK driving licence and access to their own car.

You will be comfortable in gathering, recording, collating, manipulating, and presenting data to a variety of audiences in order to support in making informed decisions and recommendations.

You must be confident with liaising with both internal teams regarding the future of the sites, and also with customers to assess their interest in purchasing land including the garden tenancies.

The role is permanent full time time (36 ¼ hours per week) in accordance with smart working and service requirements. Work may be home, office and field-based - flexibility is required. Some evening and weekend work may be required and the post holder may be required to work in RBH communities and neighbourhoods on occasion and will ideally have their own car.

**Who are we looking for?**

We are looking for someone who:

- Understands plans of garage and garden sites and has the ability to update these where necessary.
- Has the ability to produce statistics to measure the success of the project.
- Has excellent numerical skills and the ability to produce documents to a professional and accurate standard.
- Has the ability to build and maintain strong and effective partnerships with customers, colleagues, and partner agencies.
- Has the ability to understand and manipulate data in order to present financial information to a variety of audiences.
- Ideally has a driving licence and access to their own vehicle
- Ideally has some knowledge of Capita OpenHousing
