This role sits within our
**Concessions** division, catering for customers at visitor attractions. By continuously developing and keeping ahead of the competition through innovative catering and hospitality offers, our concessions sites aim to make every customer experience memorable. Away from the standard nine to five, these sites offer flexibility and opportunity for hospitality career growth.

**What you'll be doing...**
As a Front of House Assistant, you will have plenty of responsibilities and opportunities to grow in your role, becoming a critical member of our team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure full area of responsibility is clean, appropriately presented and stocked at all times
- Ensure thorough and up to date knowledge and understanding of menu and special offers in order to provide relevant information to customers and clients
- Be responsible for smooth operation of relevant equipment reporting any maintenance issues in line with procedures
- Operate the till point as required throughout service, ensuring correct procedures are used

**Working Pattern**:16 hours per week. Days, evenings and weekends.
