**Reception Teaching Assistant**

**Education Supply Pool** are currently recruiting a **Reception Teaching Assistant** on the behalf of a **great **school on the outskirts of **Newport.** All children and staff are valued and respected equally, allowing everyone to achieve their full potential.

Do you want to work in a reception class where children kick start their learning development?

Are you able to provide a safe but stimulating environment for the next generation?
- Minimum of **NVQ Level 2, CACHE Level 2, BTEC, BA (Hons) Education** or **experience working within a role with foundation phase pupils**
- Assist with **preparing lessons** in all areas of the school curriculum with **consideration of varied levels of student abilities.**
- Ability to **follow instructions** and **maintain a positive attitude.**
- Provide **simulating activities** whilst **ensuring hygiene and safety rules.**
- Maintain a **supportive and clean classroom environment.**
- Be **attentive to the unique needs** of each student and be able **to identify proper solutions when children encounter issues.**
- **Great communication skills** to collaborate with other **teachers and families** when needed.

As **a valued member of ESP**, you’ll receive:

- A minimum pay rate of at least £70
- A team with over twenty years’ experience in both small, local, and large national education agencies

- No need for completion of time sheets
- Pay via PAYE direct through Education Supply Pool and not an umbrella company.

**About Us**

We are a preferred supplier on the Welsh Government’s National Teacher Framework offering day-to-day and long-term positions throughout the school year. We offer a range of placements that can work around your schedule.
