Band 3 Haemodialysis Health Care Assistant, 37.5 hours per week

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a healthcare assistance who is up to new challenge and develop their skills in a renal unit.

Full support and training are provided in care needs of a haemodialysis patient.

The unit Provides holistic, evidence based care to patients requiring haemodialysis. We have 14 stations and care for patients with acute and chronic renal failure. We are a multidisciplinary team.

The post holder will carry out delegated tasks involving direct care under the direction of a Registered Nurse assisting in the delivery of high quality patient care and support during haemodialysis.

The post holder is expected to work within their own level of competence and assist in the preparation, provision of care and supervision of patients treated by haemodialysis.

**Standard Check**: £18 + Administration cost of £3.85 = £21.85. Deducted at £6.85 from 1st month salary and £5 deducted from salary over following 3 months.

**Enhanced Check**: £38 + administration cost of £3.90 = £41.90. Deducted at £11.90 from 1st month salary and £10 deducted from salary over following 3 months.
