Export Shipping Clerk

I am supporting a key client in Huddersfield to recruit an Export Shipping Clerk. You will be undertaking a variety of operational administrative duties to support the wider team and customer base.

**The primary duties will be**:

- Undertaking procurement activities for our key clients via the Multifreight system;
- Receiving customs requests from customers or 3rd parties and undertaking customs entry tasks (exports) via the Multifreight system including gaining clearance and collating all supporting documentation as required;
- General administrative duties including filing;
- Daily use of the Multifreight system ensuring entry us accurate and timely;
- Assist the wider team to ensure an effective service as required including cover for the any team absence where instructed;
- Any other duties which might reasonably be requested in association with this role in order to meet he needs of the business;
- Work to all Company Health & Safety and Compliance requirements.

**Qualifications & experience**
- GSCE equivalent in Maths and English
- Experience within a similar previous role an advantage

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 16 - 20 per week

**Salary**: From £8,952.32 per year

- Huddersfield, HD2 1GT: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
