Talento Group is recruiting for a leading manufacturer of personal protective equipment (PPE), specialising in the production of masks designed to keep hazardous substances away. Their products provide maximum protection for workers in various industries.

Our client is currently seeking highly skilled and dexterous Assembly Operatives to join their team. As an Assembly Operative, you will play a crucial role in the production process by assembling PPE masks (mostly made from plastic) according to established guidelines and quality standards.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform manual assembly tasks to construct PPE masks, including but not limited to, attaching straps, sealing edges, and fitting filters.
- Follow detailed assembly instructions and diagrams to ensure accuracy and consistency in the production process.
- Inspect components and finished products for defects, ensuring that all masks meet quality standards before packaging.
- Maintain a clean and organised work area to ensure a safe and efficient production environment.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency enhancements.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in manufacturing or assembly operations preferred.
- Excellent manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination, with the ability to perform intricate tasks with precision.
- Strong attention to detail and quality orientation, with the ability to identify and correct defects in finished products.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions effectively.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with assembly tools and equipment.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, meeting production targets and deadlines.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules as needed.
- Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to all safety protocols and guidelines.
