We are seeking an experienced **FOH Supervisor** to join our friendly team and lead the FOH operations at our busy licensed restaurant in Prestwich.

Rooted in the Prestwich community Krave Coffee provides a welcoming and modern space to meet, talk and enjoy great food and coffee.

**Responsibilities**:

- To supervise FOH operations and ensure the delivery of the highest standards in terms of customer experience, cleanliness, and Health & Safety.
- To greet and serve customers, using your expert product knowledge to advise customers on choices and to maximize sales - this includes coffees, specialty teas, cold drinks, alcoholic drinks, cocktails, smoothies etc. along with serving food to their tables once ready.
- To control FOH stock, manage ordering, supervise intake and storage of deliveries, and ensure adequate supplies at all times.
- To listen to and resolve customer queries in a calm and professional manner.
- To implement our policies and processes on a day-to-day basis such as staff hygiene and uniform.
- To motivate, mentor, develop and lead your team, assisting with rota preparation, and processing holiday requests.
- To ensure on-the-job training is completed for your team and complete performance reviews at appropriate times.
- To assist other departments as necessary to ensure the smooth running of the business.

**What we need from you**:

- Barista **and **bartending experience is **essential**.
- Holder of a Personal Licence (to sell alcohol) would be a great advantage.
- Experience of supervising or managing staff within a hospitality environment.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in culinary operations.
- Strong customer service and organizational skills.
- Administrative skills.
- Ability to manage and resolve customer queries and / or complaints.
- A positive and engaging personality.
- Great interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers, staff, and management.
- Strong task and time management abilities.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent command of English.

**Hours**:
This is a full-time permanent role working any 5 days out of 7 approx. 35 hours per week.

We will shortly be extending our opening times to include Thursday/Friday/Saturday evenings, and your shifts will include some evening shifts - this will be discussed at interview - so flexibility is required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £12.50 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
