Moulton Main Garage Ltd is an expanding business in Northampton. We are a professional & fast-paced business where our main goal is to provide a main dealer experience without the main dealer price tag.
Join the team at Moulton Main Garage and become a valued Vehicle Service Advisor.
We're offering a basic salary of £27,500 to £35,000 depending on skills and experience.
Your role as a Vehicle Service Advisor is essential in helping us deliver an outstanding customer experience for our growing business. Your main responsibilities will include greeting customers, explaining recommended repairs for vehicles to customer & more.
**Duties**
- Establish and manage the customer relationships ahead of their bookings, greeting them on arrival
- Supporting the customer’s experience through their Moulton Main Garage journey in a positive and proactive manner
- Complete all administration duties linked to the customer in an accurate and sympathetic manner
- Coordinate with vehicle technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs
- Help to maintain accurate records of customer interactions and job history
- Proactively support our customers with future requirements
**Skills**
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the automotive industry
- Strong mechanical knowledge to effectively communicate with technicians and customers
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in using computer software for scheduling, record keeping, and communication purposes
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
At Moulton Main Garage you will be working as part of a team to drive outstanding customer service and retention.

**Salary**: £27,500.00-£35,000.00 per year
