**Are you an experienced Health & Safety Advisor, looking for a role where you can progress your career?**

**The Company**

This Utilities Contractor is keen to find a dedicated HSQE Advisor to join their team in Rochester. The organisation provides civil engineering solutions to the water sector across London and the South East. Being a trusted and reliable contractor, they have built a fantastic reputation for delivering excellence for their clients and customers. They also hold Achilles B2 and ConstructionLine Gold accreditation which demonstrate their abilities in the sector.

**The Role**

This is a new role for the organisation, as they continue to grow. The Advisor will certainly have the opportunity to grow their career, and progress to Manager, and then further grow the HSQE team. You will be responsible for working closely with Project Managers and Operations Manager, to ensure all projects have Risk Assessments and Plans of Works documentation ready before works commence. Carry out site inspection and investigate incidents. Drive a positive HSQE culture throughout the company and across sites. Ensuring compliance to ISO standards and obtaining the Achilles and Constructionline accreditations.

**Remuneration & Benefits**

Basic salary is up to £45,000 per annum depending on experience, company pension scheme. 31 days annual leave, including bank holidays, and Christmas shut down (3 days) with the opportunity to purchase 5 additional days.

**About You**

You will be an experience Health and Safety professional from the Civil Engineering, Construction or Water sectors. You will have industry accreditation knowledge such as Achilles and hold a NEBOSH certification. The organisation will also support you in your career development with them.
