We are currently looking for a talented and organised Administrator to join our team at Pat Munro Homes on a full-time basis for a 14-month maternity cover. As an Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and supporting our team.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- First point of contact for incoming phone calls to the Homes Department
- Provide efficient administrative support to the team, ensuring the smooth flow of daily operations.
- Performing data entry from client reservations.
Organising site visits for clients to inspect their property or arranging meetings in the office as required.
Generating customer payment requests.
Collecting handover materials in preparation for the handover date.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred.
- Customer-centric approach with excellent communication skills.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
