**We are a facilities management company based in Chester.
**We supply cleaning, Caretaking and Site Management as well as maintenance services to both the private and public sector clients across the North-West.**
**We are now looking for a Caretaker / Cleaner for a local High School school in Connahs Quay.**
**Hourly pay rate are £11.98 per hour and the Caretaking contract is for 52 weeks per year.**
**Ideal hours are
**07.00 - 09.00**
**14.00 - 18.00**
**The suitable applicant will have previous caretaking/cleaning experience.**
**FULL DBS IS DESIRABLE BUT WE CAN OBTAIN THIS FOR YOU IF REQUIRED.**
**Previous experience is desired for this role and a good attention to detail.**
**A local person for this position is preferred.
