**Sales Appointment Setter**

**YOUR ROLE**

With year-on-year growth and recent acquisitions, a position has arisen within our organisation for a SDR to assist in lead generation and appointment setting by contacting old and new clients from our extensive database (90,000) re-engaging the Existing client list and cross-selling the business services.

We’re not looking for someone who has the technical experience, but more for someone who is hungry, energetic, and who loves talking to clients on the phone about our services, cross-selling products and generating appointments for the Senior Sales team to attend. We need someone who isn’t afraid of the phone with our ‘can-do’ attitude and thrives from hitting sales targets.

You will be tasked with making warm calls to old contacts from pre acquisition, following up with clients for feedback on quotations, and cross-selling our other services the group provides to existing customers after they have placed an order.

You will be grading the clients, pre qualifing them and booking appointments for the sales team to attend either via Zoom or face to face. You could be doing some basic quoting as well as using our CRM system to follow up quotes and you’ll be making calls to existing clients, all simple stuff, freeing up our sales team to do on-site visits.

**ROLE REQUIREMENTS**
- Able to present and communicate effectively with a strong focus on excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to organize, administer, plan and prioritize effectively.
- Ability to take the initiative as well as collaborate with the team.
- Must have a team player mentality.
- Ability to explain, challenge, and educate customers.
- You must not be scared of picking up the phone this is a phone-based role and you will be expected to execute 50 plus calls a day.
- You must be motivated to hit targets.

**Salary**: £18,000.00-£20,000.00 per year
