MTrec are currently recruiting for a specialist firm based in Blaydon area. These roles are for long term and will be offered a permanent position after a completion of a successful trial period.

**Job Specification**:
**The Role**
- Attend pre shift team briefings, highlighting targets for the day ahead
- Completing work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Loading and unloading machinery with raw materials
- Unloading completed products from the machinery
- Comfortable working in a hand on, fast paced warehouse environment
- Heavy labouring duties, prepared to work in a physical environment
- Handling equipment and tools safely and within guidelines
- Carry out visual quality inspections of finished products
- Completing manual handling and heavy lifting of items throughout
- General housekeeping and warehouse duties
- Carrying out physical work in a fast-paced environment

**The Person**
- Excellent attitude and attendance required in order to gain a permanent contract
