Qualitair Aviation are happy to be recruiting an Expeditor on behalf of their client based in Gatwick Airport.

As a part of Integrated Solutions Department Expeditor will be responsible for:

- Monitoring repair order status throughout the repair loop, maintaining systems with latest status data, delay explanations and other relevant supplier information.
- Improving turn-time performance, meeting and exceeding internal and customer KPIs.
- Expediting of critical assets.
- Proactively managing expedites by calling and working closely with suppliers and providing regular and accurate feedback
- Supporting resolution to all aspects of supplier interaction.
- Identifying threats to service levels.
- Negotiating proposals.
- Developing positive and strong supplier relationships, seek to improve working methods and communications.
- Handling customer and supplier escalation at various levels within the organisations.
- Confident and clear communicator at various levels
- With strong negotiation and decision making skills
- Effective in time management and prioritisation
- Analytical, creative and demonstrate strong problem solving skills
- Confident to work under own initiative
