A small team of Chartered Building Surveyors and Property Consultants, are seeking an experienced Building Surveyor to join them in Edgware.

**The Experienced Building Surveyor's role**

As the successful Experience Building Surveyor, you will be covering predominantly all residential property work, both local authority and social housing, carrying out specifications, contract administration, party wall and defect diagnosis.

You as the new Experienced Building Surveyor will work on fee earning work, with the opportunity to move into a management role and take on a small team of your own. You'll be working closely with clients and will benefit from full progression support andtraining.

**The Experienced Building Surveyor will have**
- MRICS/AssocRICS/MCIOB - APC training will be supported
- Residential sector experience
- Strong communication skills - with good report writing skills
- Work well autonomously and within a small team
- Ambitious and keen to progress with a practice

**In return?**
