We have an opportunity available with a long-term client for an Operations Support, Plant and Distribution Administrator to join their team in Hull, on 12 month contract.

Reporting to the Operations Support Manager, you will be providing administrative support to all areas of the UKI Industrial Gases Operations, and the Plant & Distributions Team. It will be a varied roll, including, but not limited to, purchasing and procurementfor the plant, queries, reconciliation, expenses, and compliance reports.

Key Responsibilities Include:

- Provide excellent point of contact on site for internal and external customers, contractors, and personnel
- Organise and manage external inductions and training
- Provide a central purchasing function and control for UKI Operations specifically plants and distribution
- Demonstrate excellent Vendor invoice management.
- Identify and utilise the appropriate procurement tool for each request - Raise Purchase Requisitions and Purchase Orders in SAP, process via E-form, PCard payments and purchases
- Reconcile PCard Statements on a monthly basis ensuring correct allocation of all purchases
- Resolve invoice queries in a timely manner
- engaging with central procurement as required
- Co-manage driver expense mailbox, process all expenses timely and accurately
- Assist Distribution Trip Closing on site to include sorting & filing of paperwork
- Document control and updates of key site compliance documentation

There will be a requirement to start at 07.30 every morning

About you:
The Successful applicant will have a minimum of grade C in English and Maths. Exceptional IT skills and ability to use Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, Share Point with ease. You must be organised and able to communicate at all levels effectively. Havea positive and flexible attitude in your work approach. You must be able to work well within a team, but also have the initiative to work on your own, with little supervision.
