Receptionist

An opportunity has arisen for a receptionist in our office. This is a part time position 2.00pm to 5pm Monday through to Friday but you will be required to work fulltime to cover the other receptionists holiday.
The position will involve receiving all incoming calls and connecting through to the specific person or assisting with the enquiry and helping our client who come into our office. You will be the voice of the company and so a professional friendly, caring, helpful attitude is vital.
Key Responsibilities**:Operate a switchboard and route incoming calls to appropriate departments following a workflow. If unavailable type telephone messages ** Understanding the services of the organisation and be able to tailor calls accordingly to ensure that the client comes first. **Actively cross refer clients within the organisation where appropriate ** Manager and ensure that the clients needs are met during the full process **Assist in other administrative duties when required Skills**: Strong interpersonal and communication skills **Have a professional telephone manner and be able to work as part of a small team ** Strong organisational and administration skills **Strong written and oral communication skills**
Administrative Duties:
- Carrying out requests from management as needed
- Maintaining stock and ordering supplies
- Answering phone calls and transferring them as necessary
- Greeting and welcoming visitors
