We are currently recruiting for a Bordereaux Associate behalf of our client, a highly regarded and very well-known Lloyd's/London market business.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Retrieve, reconcile and map bordereaux from third parties into the company's chosen bordereaux management solution.
- Monitor bordereaux tracking report to establish status of bordereaux.
- Examine slip and understand how syndicate has placed their stamp.
- Determine which bordereaux need mapping and uploading.
- Retrieve bordereaux from third party repositories.
- Reconcile and map incoming bordereaux to the business.
- Provide assistance with any Solvency II related activities as requested.
- Maintain an understanding of (and comply with) all relevant FCA/PRA/Lloyd's regulatory requirements.
- Embed TCF and Conduct Risk within the business.
- Continuous improvement of processes, tools and productivity.

**Key Requirements**
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
