Our global client is a market leader within the cinema industry and currently have an exciting opportunity for an immediate Administrator to join their finance team. Initial temporary assignment but with a view of going permanent. This role will suit someone who is either looking to start their career with finance or an immediate Administrator looking for a new challenge.

The position will be based within finance department and you will report to the Accounts Payable Manager. You will be responsible for providing administrative support across all Purchase Ledger duties. Working hours are Monday - Friday and some flexibility on hours are worked.

**Duties**:

- Opening and sorting of the department post
- Scanning a high volume of invoices and various documentation
- Matching, coding and batching invoices
- Supplier statement reconciliation
- Liaising between various departments

**Profile**:

- Looking for someone who has some office admin experience
- Good IT skills - across Microsoft Excel
- Good communication skills
- Finance / Accounting graduate or have worked in a similar Finance setting - would be beneficial
