As a Client Asset Finance Administrator, you will be contributing to Mainstay’s vision to recognised as the market leading provider of services to the UK’s property sector. Mainstay is a professional service organisation, that delivers business expertise and service across the property industry by:

- Ensuring accurate and timely administration of client asset demands in accordance with internal, regulatory, and legislative requirements

This role reports to the Client Asset Team Leader as part of the wider Estates Finance department

**Main Responsibilities**
- Processing of ground rent and insurance demands
- Ensuring accurate and timely delivery of all material to clients through our print delivery solution
- Reconciling all associated client accounts
- Assisting with payments to client and customer refunds
- Maintenance of data held for owners, properties, units, and leaseholders
- Timely resolution of queries in accordance with SLA’s
- Set an example for others by championing the Company FIRST values, Customer Charter principles and the Code of Business Conduct
- Any other ad-hoc duties as required within the Client Asset Services function

**Skills and Experience**
- Strong customer focus
- Good team player
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Numerate
- Computer literacy (particularly Excel) is essential
- Accurate with strong attention to detail
- Use of initiative in problem solving
