**Job Title: Administrative Assistant/Receptionist**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls
- Manage the reception area, keeping it clean and organized
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Assist in scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars
- Provide general information to visitors and respond to inquiries
- Support various administrative tasks such as filing, copying, and data entry
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations
- Coordinate office maintenance and repairs
- Assist with onboarding new employees, including preparing welcome materials
- Organize and coordinate office events and meetings
- Perform other duties as assigned to ensure the smooth operation of the office

Pay: £13.00-£14.50 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

- Edinburgh: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
