**Application Support Analyst (SQL)**

YOU MUST HAVE Strong SQL Experience to do this role (we are NOT looking for someone who is in an Infrastructure Application Support Role). However, we can look at a Data Analyst who wants to move into a more Triage SQL Production and Application Supportrole.

This will be a Hybrid Working Role in the City of London (Liverpool Street-London)

Full Training will be given to the Application Support analyst who is showing the willingness to learn. He will give you one-to-one on desk training and teachyou how the financial markets work.

Key Skills needed

4+years of experience with following:

- **MS SQL Server 2008 - 2016 (Deployment, Maintenance, Administration, Performance Tuning, Troubleshooting, Advanced Queries, T-SQL)**:

- **Scripting (Windows Batch, Powershell)**:

- **Sch (Batch Processing)**:

- **H eavy Lifting of SQL Server migration**:

- Database engineering, administration, and 2nd Line support
- Application engineering, administration, and 2nd Line support
- Project based work.
- Manage and maintain the MS SQL Server estate and associated systems, including the engineering / design and build of the platform.
- Windows Server 2008/2012/2019, general administration.
- **Active Directory / DNS**:

- **Virtualisation (VMware vSphere)**:
**Desirable technical skills**
- Job Scheduling / Workload Automation Tools (Dollar Universe, Control-M, VisualCron etc)
- DevOps Tools (Powershell DSC, Chef, Docker, Puppet etc)
