**Recruitus are hiring experienced mig welders to join a growing manufacturing company based in Bromsgrove.**

**Job description**

**Day to day duties will include the following**:

- MIG Welding
- Cleaning of welds.
- Fabrication of smaller structures where required
- Working to production volumes
- Working within a team to ensure that deadlines are met
- General housekeeping duties when required
- Perform Mig welding on mild steel and structural steel components.
- Interpret technical drawings and specifications to ensure precise welds.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures.

**As a person you will need the following qualities and experience**:

- Previous experience working with mild steel and structural steel.
- Working from technical drawings
- Strong can-do attitude
- Required to have excellent communication skills
- Be confident working in a fast-paced environment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Temp to perm

**Salary**: £13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
