Handyman/woman

Patented Housing Ltd are looking to recruit a part time Handy person/joiner/DIY person with the skills required for general maintenance of our residential rental portfolio based in the Huddersfield area.

The Role:

- General DIY & maintenance of residential properties
- Install, repair and maintain various fixtures & appliances
- Liaise with Head Office for routine and scheduled repairs
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas

You:

- Have hands on maintenance/DIY skills and the experience to deal with emergency repairs as well as preventative maintenance
- Be an enthusiastic person with the desire to contribute your skills to help maintain our recently built rental portfolio
- Have full UK driving licence, be hard working and self motivated
- Systematically solve day to day problematic issues which arise
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner and prioritize tasks based on urgency
- Someone who has attention for details and enjoy the flexibility of part time hours

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £14.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Maintenance: 5 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (required)
