Job Title: Fitter

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and reliable Shutter Fitter to join our team at Shutterlove. As a Shutter Fitter, you will be responsible for installing and fitting shutters for our clients. This role requires a combination of carpentry skills and excellent customer service. This position offers flexibility, and how many fittings you will be required for will depend on a week-to-week basis.

**Responsibilities**:

- Load and unload equipment and materials required for shutter installations.
- Install and fit shutters according to specifications, ensuring high-quality workmanship.
- Utilise carpentry skills to measure, cut, and install shutters accurately.
- Drive the company van to various work sites, ensuring safe and efficient transportation of equipment and materials.
- Interact with clients in a friendly and professional manner, addressing any concerns or questions they may have.
- Demonstrate reliability and punctuality by completing assigned tasks in a timely manner.
- Uphold high standards of professionalism when dealing with clients and colleagues.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and follow company policies and procedures.

Must be able to follow instructions from colleagues.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a carpenter or similar role, preferably with experience in shutter installation.
- Clean driving license.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Presentable appearance and adherence to company dress code.
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment and lift heavy objects when necessary.

**Salary**: £240.00 per day
