**Responsibilities**:

- Answer the phone and greet patients, visitors and staff in a timely, professional and friendly manner.
- Process, track and store patients' medical histories in an accurate manner.
- Answer questions regarding patient's insurance and personal information.
- Update doctors on patient's overall health status and any changes that have occurred.
- Manage doctors' schedules, cancel appointments, reschedule and add in new appointments.
- Use medical equipment to enter data and assist with medical analysis.
- Handle patient billing issues.
- Update patients as to when to return for subsequent therapy.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 25 per week
