Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Insulator to join our team. As an Insulator, you will be responsible for installing insulation materials in various structures, including buildings, pipes, and equipment. Your attention to detail and ability to work with a variety of materials will be essential in ensuring proper insulation and energy efficiency.

**Duties**:

- Measure and cut insulation materials to fit specific areas
- Install insulation in walls, ceilings, floors, and roofs
- Seal gaps and cracks with insulation materials
- Use hand tools such as knives, saws, and scissors to shape and trim insulation
- Follow blueprints, schematics, or building plans to determine the layout and placement of insulation
- Work with other construction professionals, such as joiners,plumbers and electricians, to ensure proper installation
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while working on job sites

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an Insulator or similar role
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, or building plans
- Proficient in using hand tools such as knives, saws, and scissors
- Familiarity with construction processes and techniques
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks for extended periods of time
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Building skills for constructing frames or structures for insulation installation
- Masonry skills for working with bricks or blocks when insulating walls or chimneys
- Carpentry skills for cutting and shaping insulation materials accurately
- Roofing skills for installing insulation on roofs or attics
- Plumbing skills for insulating pipes or ductwork systems effectively
- Electrical skills for working around electrical systems while installing insulation
- Proficiency in using hand tools to cut, shape, and install insulation materials
- Ability to interpret and follow blueprints, schematics, or building plans

**Job Type**: Freelance

Pay: From £250.00 per day

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

**Experience**:

- Drylining and plastering: 3 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (required)

Work Location: On the road
