**Leisure Supervisor**:
**What is the main purpose of the role?**

With the ultimate aim of customer care and satisfaction, you will be responsible for setting, monitoring and controlling consistently high standards across all areas of the Leisure Club. You'll take responsibility for supporting and training your team, and assist the Spa & Leisure Club Manager in planning and organising the day to day operation.

Strong people management skills are essential to being successful in this role as you’ll need the real ability to stretch and develop people to achieve challenging targets. Experience in the Leisure Industry at a Supervisory level is crucial, and desirably some of your experience would have been gained within a hotel.
We are looking for someone who possesses the relevant health and safety qualifiactions with regards to Pool Plant and First Aid, while fitness related qualifications would also be desirable. What’s most important is your passion for the leisure industry, and providing an exceptional service to all guests.
