HVAC Design Engineer.

**Salary**: £29,000 - £35,000

Hours: 8.30am-5pm Monday - Thursday. 8.30am-3pm Friday

Benefits: 20 days holiday (rising to 25 for each year worked for the first 5 years) + bank holidays, tea station and kitchen, shower facilities, free parking, Work van for site visits or fuel reimbursement.

**Job Description**:
Our client is prominent within the residential housebuilding sector and are looking to for a full time HVAC Design Engineer to join their design department team as the company continues to grow. They will offer you a chance to learn new skills and developyour career within a flexible work environment. If you are technically minded with a keen interest in energy conservation and building, advanced ventilation heat recovery with ASHP technologies, this is the role for you.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Involved with design calculations of systems
- Interpreting specifications and CAD drawings
- Using AutoCAD to produce design drawings and associated details
- Liaising closely with internal teams to include design feasibility studies/sketch designs
- Assisting with the development of key information and blue-printing processes for future projects
- Provide technical support to sales and customer teams when needed
- Conducting surveys when required and attend client site visits

Experience & Skills:

- AutoCAD experience is essential
- You should be able to read drawings and technical specifications
- You should also have good communication skills and a teamwork ethic
- Project management experience advantageous but not essential
- You will need Full, clean, UK driving license to attend site visits.

**Salary**: £29,000 - £35,000
